Overview
In order to gain A+ Certification you need to pass two exams:
220-601 Essentials covers a range of knowledge essential to all PC Technicans.
220-602 IT Technician is aimed at technians who will be facing customers on a regular basis. This has much of the same content as 220-601, with a few extra topics and and higher emphasis on printer maintenance and customer service.
